Album I is finished, mastered and in que for release on Spotify and itunes. It was crafted in less than a month, which shatters my previous albums’ record that took 3 years to make. “How did you do that?”, you wonder. No, it’s why did my last album take so long. I had fallen out of love with edm and house music; the scene became saturation, redundant and uninspiring.
I decided to start from scratch, creating this new alias, and ditching all my previous sound patches, song templates and created libraries. I changed my routine, I surrounded myself with things I liked to do, and started to find new music that was strumming my soul. I took all my favorite genre’s, old and new, and blended them in to what you hear now. The high frequencies and distortion from lo-fi, the slamming bass and snare from hip hop, and ambient synths from electronic music.
What you’re hearing here in Album I is the love child of my renewed marriage with music and this inspiring reality I’ve created.
